General information

We will send you the package the next day after you make the order. It means, that our courier will show up in your door within max 3 working days.

Your package will be delivered by GLS, UPS, DHL or EMS courier, depends on Your country.

We will send you the tracking number when we send the package to you.

If you want to order a packet outside the European Union, in Your country You may incur additional duties as VAT or other taxes. To calculate the total value of the order, contact your local customs office.

If You can't find Your country on the list please contact us. We can ship Your order almost everywhere.

You may return the purchased product within 90 days.

Payments

Payment for the goods and for delivery costs can be made in Euro (€) by:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card by PayPal - You don't need PayPal account to pay
  • Przelewy24 (online transfer system available for selected countries)

If we don’t register your payment within 24 hours after placing order, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Personal receipt

Products purchased in ROCDAY shop may be delivered only by the courier company. If you want to buy products in a ROCDAY stationary shop, find our distributor on the website: Distributors

We work hard to send your package as soon as possible. If you want to check what is the delivery time, choose your country in the table below.

You can find the tracking number in your email box or in the user panel on our website the next working day after making an order at the latest.

Courier shipment receipt

When you receive the package from a courier, don’t forget to check if during the transportation the package hasn’t been damaged and if you can find all the ordered clothes inside. If you recognize that the package is damaged or the contents are not equal with your order, write down the complaint protocol on the courier template. Then contact with us, so we could send you the missing order elements or the whole new order in case of a total damage of the delivery.

If happens that you won’t be at home on the planned delivery day, we suggest to contact with the delivery company GSL:

I received a different product than I ordered

If after opening the package it appeared that a model, size or product color is not as you ordered, please send us information about the incompatibilities to shop@rocday.com. In email title please write “Wrong order nr Prepare the package with the incorrect product. We will aim to send the correct order with our courier, who at the same tile will take the wrong product from you.

90 days for returns

If you inform us within 90 days from the purchase, that you would like to resend unused products, we will return to you all the costs that you had during the purchase, together with the delivery costs. The only cost you need to bear is the cost of delivery of the returned products. The reimbursement will take place within 14 days from receiving your delivery. Resent products cannot have any exploit or laundry marks.

Return procedure:

  1. Download the return declaration form: RocDay_-_Withdrawal_from_the_contract_EN.pdf
  2. Fill in the declaration by using Adobe Acrobat Reader or print it and fill in on paper
  3. Send the form to shop@rocday.com. In the title write: “Return to order nr
  4. Pack the product(s), declaration and purchase evidence if you have it (purchase evidence is a receipt, an invoice or a hard copy from the user panel together with a declaration of a lost purchase evidence)
  5. Send the package to:

The amount that will be returned is a product cost + delivery cost. Money will be returned through a bank transfer to a given account within 14 days from the day of the returned product receive.

In case if to a purchased product there was added another product for free or in a promotional price (special promotions), it should be sent together with the returned product.

Exchange

If happens that a purchased product is in a wrong size and you want to exchange it, we will send you another product in the same model and cover the delivery cost. The only cost you will have is the delivery cost for shipping to us the product you want to exchange.

Exchange procedure:

  1. Download exchange declaration form: RocDay_-_Return_Form_EN.pdf
  2. Fill in the declaration by using Adobe Acrobat Reader or print it and fill in on paper
  3. Send the form to shop@rocday.com. In the title write “Exchange to order nr ”.  We will book the same model in a new size for you as soon as possible
  4. Pack the product(s), declaration and purchase evidence if you have it (purchase evidence is a receipt, an invoice or a hard copy from the user panel together with a declaration of a lost purchase evidence)
  5. Send the package to:

  6. After we receive the package from you, we will send you a new one with the right size as soon as possible.
30 days, one-time Crash replacement program

We know that in our clothes you don’t only go for a walk. We also know, how new things can delight and how hard it is to part with them right after the purchase. We have for you an extra bonus – if during the first rides in our clothes not everything will be perfect and you will damage them, we will send you the same products with 50% discount. Crash Replacement program works for 30 days from the purchase date.

Each product is under one-time Crash Replacement program. It means that after receiving a new cloth from us as part of Crash Replacement program with the 50% discount, you will damage it again within first 30 days, the exchanged product will not be part of the program anymore and you necessarily need to apply to be our test rider!

Crash replacement procedure:

  1. Download return declaration form: RocDay_-_Return_Form_EN.pdf
  2. Fill in the declaration by using Adobe Acrobat Reader or print it and fill in on paper. Please send your story with us.
  3. Send the form to shop@rocday.com. In the title write “Crash replacement to order nr ”.
  4. Pack the product(s), declaration and purchase evidence if you have it (purchase evidence is a receipt, an invoice or a hard copy from the user panel together with a declaration of a lost purchase evidence)
  5. Send the package to:

  6. After we receive the package from you, we will send you a promotional code qualifying to the same product purchase with 50% discount.
Complaints

If you want to send a complaint to a purchased product, we encourage you to follow the procedure described below. Complaints should be sent to a contractor address.

If you attach a purchase evidence to a package (purchase evidence is a receipt, an invoice or a hard copy from the user panel together with a declaration of a lost purchase evidence) and filled in form available after login to the user panel, we will be able to investigate efficiently the complaint. Otherwise, we may have problems to identify your package.

Complaints forms will be investigated within 14 days.
